Designed and led an Arduino hexapod competition across 13 North American sites with 200+ participants, owning challenge design, supplier coordination, site leader alignment, and engagement content.
Led end-to-end program logistics including challenge architecture, supplier and materials coordination, site leader communication, and participant support content to ensure a consistent and high-engagement experience across all participating locations.
